1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website or checkout page for current offers.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
3. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. We can only update your address within 12 hours of placing your order.
4. What happens if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact the carrier directly to file a claim, as we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

3. Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or bank security checks. Please contact your bank or try another payment method.

Order & Returns
1. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Some items (such as personalized products) are non-returnable.
3. How do I start a return?

4. Who pays for return shipping?
