Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for regular items.

For personalized or custom-made items, such as wooden statues and chasubles, processing time is typically 2–4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 4–14 business days, depending on whether you choose standard shipping or express shipping
  • Europe: 5–18 business days, depending on whether you choose standard shipping or express shipping
  • Other countries: 5–22 business days, depending on whether you choose standard shipping or express shipping

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs clearance, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their destination country.

We are not responsible for paying these charges.

For orders that qualify for free shipping, customers are still responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import fees in their country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If an order is lost in transit before delivery, we will take full responsibility and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

However, once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim with them.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other force majeure circumstances.

However, we will always do our best to assist you and support you in resolving any shipping-related issues.

Because many of our products are handmade with great care and attention to detail, processing and delivery may sometimes take a little longer. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
